PASSAGE & CARRIAGE

Carriage is borne by the wearer. Shipping is calculated at checkout, determined by the destination and the chosen method of passage. The cost is shown in full before the order is confirmed.

PRODUCTION TIME

Each garment is delberately produced after the order is placed. No Ordo Velatus Garment is produced without its owner's confirmation. Construction typically requires 2 to 4 business days before the piece is released to the carrier.

DELIVERY TIMES

Domestic (United States): one to five business days following production.

International: three to twenty-one business days following production, depending on destination and customs clearance.

CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL

International recipients are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country of receipt. The house does not control or refund these charges. Delivery delays caused by customs are outside the house's reach.

TRANSFER OF RISK

Once a shipment is confirmed delivered by the carrier — or, for international orders, once received by the local carrier in the destination country — responsibility for the garment passes to the wearer. Claims involving loss after this point must be filed with the carrier directly.
